Service Dogs For Sale

How To Purchase A Service Dog From Open Range Pups?
Open Range does NOT require an application. We believe that if an owner is able to sufficiently provide for their service dog than you deserve to have a service dog that fits what you want and makes you comfortable. In rare cases Open Range always has the final say when matching a puppy with their parent and we may choose to refuse service OR offer a different puppy option.
After you deposit we do ask that you complete the Open Range customer profile application. This survey helps us to know you better, understand your needs, and the opportunity to better prepare your puppy.
If Open Range does not have any available dogs or puppies than the next best choice is to join our waiting lists. Our waiting lists will give you a fair estimate of the puppy due date(s), breed of puppies, and the approximate start date(s) for service training. If you want to know when your puppy will come home than simply add 4 months (approx.) from the start date(s) for each phase of training that you have chosen.
Before purchasing your service puppy for sale be sure to read the Open Range Service Dog "How It Works" page. This page covers information about becoming a service dog owner and the standards in place for the Open Range Service Dog Training Program!

Booker-
18 Month Old Poodle - Available with Canine Good Citizen and Canine Good Citizen Urban for $17,240
About Booker
Birth Date: 12/29/2020
Size: 35 lbs
Color: Chocolate
Coat: Curly poodle coat - low shedding
Booker's Training
Booker has come so very far in the last few months. We can now take him in public and expect a focused excellent dog. He is great at meeting people in a friendly manner and also remaining focused on his handler. I expect to get his AKC Canine Good Citizen and AKC Canine Good Citizen Urban by the end of September 2022
Please reach out to dawn@openrangeacademy to see if Booker may be a good fit for your family.
Booker is kennel trained, house trained, leash trained and working on all of his basic obedience to make him an excellent dog. He has learned his place stay and on his way to long stays to be more reliable for his new family.
Booker is highly intelligent and desires to be with his people. He does well on leash walking with Positive methods. He genuinely wants to be with his humans all day and would be an amazing fit for a retired couple or work from home family. I think he could do well with a family that works all day but I will be really picky because he would do best with a family that is around and there to love on him.
Booker LOVES fetch and any game you can make him with his toys. He kennels nicely and likes to chew a bone in there while he rests.
Booker cannot have stuffed toys. He will make it snow in your home if you give him stuffed animals 😉 He does will with bones and heavy chewer items. I also like to allow him to shred toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls in his kennel if he likes.
If you are interested in Booker please know that Open Range will require his new owner to go through our online academy to ensure Booker's success in the home. This process just allows our clients the ability to use our trainers for a few months after Booker goes home.
